We stayed in this Hotel for three nights. The room was small but adequate and cosy, no drawers to store anything but we managed as we were only staying for a long week-end. Bed was comfortable, there were extra pillows available if needed - TV channels were nearly all French - but what do you expect when you are in France! Breakfasts were very good. They had a little area with eggs, sausage, bacon. A juicer and oranges to do your own freshly squeezed juice or a choice of two other fruit juices ready made. Plenty of fresh bread, jams and marmalade. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. The lift broke down on our last day. Looking at previous reviews, it looks as though this is a regular problem. All in all a very nice stay.

We had an enjoyable stay in this hotel at the start of March 2008. The hotel is in a good central location in Lille which made exploring the old town easy on foot. The main elevator was out of order for much of our 3 night stay. Fortunately it did work when we checked in as we were on the 5th floor. We had a reasonable sized bedroom and a very large en suite bathroom which was almost as big as the bedroom. The hotel and our room seemed to be both clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was only average. We would probably use the hotel again assuming we could get a good deal. If the elevator had been working thoughout our stay, I would have awarded this hotel an "Above average" rating.
