I really loved this hotel. The room was nice, centrally located and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was very good and everything about Brugges was great!
I would definitely return to this hotel.

Ideally placed for both train station and town centre. The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. The west-facing room on 4th floor was newly decorated and clean. However, not air-conditioned so very warm on sunny days.
Good breakfast, with both hot and cold options.
Minor irritations: 1. No mini-bar in room, despite the fact that the website said this facility was present in all rooms. Maybe the staff hadn't got round to replacing it after the decoration, 2. Sewage smell (from street drains.
There is no lift to the 4th floor which could be a problem for elderly or infirm people since the stairs from 3rd to 4th floor are steep.
Overall though good value for money.
