Crowne Plaza Chester - Chester, United Kingdom 

Brilliant location, this hotel is quite literally 2mins walk out of the main square of Chester city centre. The position is perfect as you do not have any noise from the party goers at the weekend & the hotel also has a car park which is perfect as parking in Chester is quite expensive & hard to find a space. The breakfast was well cooked & there is plenty of choice, you can also have an omlette cooked fresh for you while you wait, they didn't do fish for breakfast which we were glad about as i hate the smell of it 1st thing in the morning. I am sure the evening meals are just as good but we chose to eat out in the evenings. The hotel was spotless & the soap, shampoo, body lotion were all really good quality. The leisure facilities were great & after walking round Chester all day it is lovely to have a swim & sauna to chillout after.

I stayed at this hotel last weekend and do not normally feel compelled to right reviews but as there was nothing I could fault about the hotel I thought I should share this! It is in a great location - just out of the main city centre and is perfect if you are going to the races (which we were) as it is literally a 2 minute walk to the racecourse. The rooms were very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable with all the little extras that you need i.e. bottles of water, iron and board, proper hairdryer etc The breakfast was great - full choice of cooked and continental. We also had lunch in the bar before the races which was lovely. Good leisure facilities too! The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!
