there was a group of 11 of us staying in may and we had no complaints. there was some mix up with rooms but that was partially our fault due to changing numbers it was handled professionally and we ended up with a spare bed. the hotel were more than happy to look after our bags as we landed before check in and they also held them for a good few hours when we checked out. the rooms were fine for space including the family rooms and jugs of cocktails greeted us for the mix up.
the rooms were a little hard to find when drunk as theres lots of stairs and corridoors. The rooms and the hotel itself were clean and the breakfast was good with a selection to suit all, the breakfast staff did offer a show up tho by singing happy birthday and presenting my hangover with a candle lit danish. the guy from in the bar is also funny claiming to be better at mixing cocktails than tom cruise.
the location was fine with shops just a short walk down the road one of the lasses has a bad knee and she hardly moaned about the walk so some on here must want top notch. i would go back.
