the room was nice, I was in the 6th floor rooms just have been refurbished. However the workmans are continuing their work outside...and absolutely no privacy since they work at 10cm of your windows. big problem with the temperature of water, it is very hot or cold, I spent 4 days and am having cold showers. I reported this everyday to the staff and nobody care! the hotel is supposed to have Wifi internet connection....I have never seen the signal....same result when you ask the staff...no feedback and they don't care the breakfeast is just awfull....the meat and saucisse stinks and corn flake look like the cheapest one you can get from the cheapest shop... Avoid this hotel.

We were given a room in the Radisson Edwardian Marlborough as part of a hospitality package, so we were looking forward to our first stay with Radisson in London. Upon arrival they checked us into a standard double room. The room was horrendous. The Window was boarded up due to the renovation work, the furniture was old and filthy, and the water didn't work in the bathroom. Why they ever gave us this room is beyond me, showing a total disrespect for their paying customers. The staff were helpful enough and upon complaining they transferred us to the 5* Hampshire in Leicester Square. Although better, the Hampshire needs to lose some stars as well. The room had numerous faults and wasn't very clean. The recent bad press on Radisson in London appears to be absolutely true and I'd strongly suggest booking a different hotel chain.
