Good for avoiding the tourist mobs in the city center, the staff went out of their way to ensure that our stay was wonderful and view from the lobby of the river was great. Service was amazing, concierge was very accomodating and our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was a nice respite from the other restaurants in Florence.

Location: Excellent – just across the Ponte Vecchio on the “quiet” side of Florence, a great view from the top of the hotel and staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Bed is quite comfy.

Amenities: Excellent – great view of the river, so much quieter than many other luxury hotels and the staff was extremely helpful. Also both rooms were beautiful and the complimentary breakfast was very good.
