Hotel molto grazioso ed accogliente, la scortesia della reception era palese e nel piatto doccia c'era il classico tappetino da mettere sul pavimento.

Un bel posto a prezzi ragionevoli per il centro di firenze e servizio ottimo. Il bagno è ampio.
