All meals at Villa Mangiacane are prepared by the villa’s private Executive Chef, Massimo Bocus. Lunches are served al fresco, generally featuring salads and light Tuscan specialities, which can be enjoyed overlooking the Chianti Countryside or lazing around the pool in the summer.Meals range from three to seven courses and are best described as Italian cuisine with particular emphasis on Tuscan produce, with an international twist.
Meals are served in the formal dining room, the Oenoteca cellar and during winter, simply around the fire in the villa’s Olive Oil Kitchen.
In-room and private garden dining can also be arranged upon request.
