We have just returned from a week at the marvellous Hotel Piroscafo in Desenzano Del Garda. We had a wonderful time. From the moment we booked until the moment we checked out the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
We stayed in room 15 on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the lake, the room was compact but we had a large bed, the only criticism was quite hard pillows.
It was easy using public transport from Bergamo Airport and Desenzano is so well placed for all forms of public transport around the area and beyond. We also found the tourist information just across the square from the Hotel excellent.
