The Residence Bellavista has been recently completely refurbished to offer a total of 7 apartments.

The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the centre of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand.

It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool (open from April to September) with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs.

An outdoor bar (with music) by the pool is open daily from 18.30 and is accessible to the general public.
