Okay für einen Zwischenstopp

Das Hotel liegt nicht in Oradea - es liegt ein paar Kilometer außerhalb. Es ist tatsächlich nur knapp hinter der rumänischen Grenze und so ist es okay für die erste Nacht in Rumänien. Auf der Straße stehen die LKW Schlange, um Rumänien wieder zu verlassen - aber das war kein Problem. Das Hotel selbst ist für einen Zwischenstopp ganz annehmbar - das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer waren sauber. Von der Hauptstraße aus ist es sehr leicht zu finden. Man möchte hier nicht länger bleiber aber für einen kurzen Stopp ist es ideal. Kaufen Sie sich die Vignette (Straßensteuer) an der Grenze bevor Sie zum Hotel kommen - es war für uns sehr schwierig, uns das Teil an anderen Orten nach dem Hotel zu besorgen. Tauschen Sie auch an der Grenze Ihr Geld um - das Hotel wechselt nicht.

The hotel is not in Oradea - it is a couple of km outside. In fact it is just over the Romanian border - so fine for a first night in Romania. Lots of trucks lining up to leave the country on the road - but were not a problem. The hotel is perfectly acceptable for a stopover - staff friendly and helpful and the hotel rooms were clean. Very easy to find on the main road - and although you would not want to stay for a few days it is an ideal stopover. Buy you vignette (road tax) at the border before getting to the hotel as it proved difficult for us to buy at other stations after the hotel. Also change money at the border - the hotel didn't do it.
