Lovely little hotel in an absolutely fabulous central location - just around the back of the Piazza Maggiore. I've stayed in many hotels in Bologna - I come here every year for a Bookfair - and this is the nicest hotel I've stayed in.
Helpful front desk staff, a good buffet breakfast and clean, well appointed rooms. If you're lucky you'll even get a little balcony.
Good food and shopping nearby (in every direction). And Bologna itself is a wonderful city, well worth exploring.

Its all about location with this hotel. It far to pricey for the quality of hotel. Its a 3 star hotel with a 4 star grade in a 5 star location. Cheap looking fake wood floor in the rooms, sparse lobby and small dining room and not much to look at. Clean and in a great location, is it worth paying the price just for the location? Thats for you to find out, wouldn't rule it out but if there are others in a good location, go for it.
