Parkhotel Werth Business Resort - Bolzano, Italy 

Ho trascorso una notte al Parkhotel Werth a settembre. Avevo prenotato una singola su un sito internet, da cui non ero riuscito a ottenere sconti ma a Bolzano costa tutto molto caro e sono stato contento di pagare 75 euro per una formula bed and breakfast. Sono arrivato alle 8 di sera dopo aver faticato un po' a trovare il posto perché il mio navigatore satellitare non mostrava il numero civico dell'hotel. L'hotel si trova fuori dal centro, vicino alla zona fieristica e industriale ed è perfetto per chi viaggia per lavoro...non per niente si chiama Business Park Hotel. La posizione non è però adatta se vorrete uscire e fare un giro a piedi in centro, la sera. Non si trova direttamente sulla strada e questo è ottimo perché non sarete disturbati dal rumore del traffico, ma localizzarlo non è semplicissimo la prima volta. La mia singola si trovava al terzo piano, che era in fase di ristrutturazione. La camera era piuttosto nuova, piccola ma pulita. Il proprietario e la sua famiglia sono stati disponibilissimi e mi hanno fornito una mappa gratuita della città, spiegandomi come raggiungere alcuni posti. La colazione era nella norma, in stile continentale con formaggio e prosciutto, ma niente uova e pancetta. Dunque, un hotel di buon livello, pulito, con personale gentile, in una posizione comoda per un soggiorno di lavoro. Non è però il posto più adatto alle famiglie e a chi sia in cerca di un hotel in centro.

I stayed in Parkhotel Werth for one night in September. I booked a Single room throught an Internet site, from which I wasn't able to get any discount. But, in Bolzano, prices are usually above average, so I was happy to pay 75 euro B/B. I arrived at 8 pm, having some problems to find the way: I should ask some guys, since my GPS had no street #.. The hotel is located outside the city center, near the Fair and Industrial Area. Perfect for businnes travellers (infact the name is Businnes Park Hotel!!), but you should remember it if you wish to have a walk in the evening. It is not in front of the street: this avoids traffic noises, but causes problem to find the hotel at a first look. My single room was located at the tirdth floor, which is under renewment; so, the room is quite new, small but clean. The owner and his family were very very helpfull, giving me a complimentary map of the city, and explaining me how to reach some streets. Breakfast was ok, continental with some cheese and ham, no bacon or eggs. So, good hotel, clean, friendly, in a good position for Businnes traveller. If you are a family, or if you are looking for a central hotel, this is not the hotel for you.
