Great location, only a minute or two from Piazza Maggiore. Car parked for you on arrival. Very helpful reception staff and all spoke English which was reassuring. Our room was on the second floor. Lift and stairs to all floors. Our room was modest in size but OK for a short stay. Bath and shower. TV with a form of Sky News and CNN although reception was not brilliant. Bed comfortable and firm. Air-conditioning not on because, according to reception staff, it was rather early in the season. Mini bar fairly priced. Standards of cleanliness were good. Breakfast was surprisingly good. A reasonably comprehensive buffet style breakfast which included fruit juices, cereals, fruit, cheese, hams and salamis, eggs, breads and cakes. Tea and coffee OK. The location was a real bonus. Bologna is a lovely walkable city and having a hotel in such a central location was very convenient. We'd have no reservations in staying there again.

Really central - in a little street just off the main square. We had a suite which was very comfortable - it had the best hairdryer of all our stay in Italy!!
