The Art Novecento is the perfect hotel for a break in Bologna. The location is great and you can easily make your way to all the main attractions. The rooms were well appointed and kept immaculate by the daily maid. The reception team were very helpful and dealt with all our requests efficiently. Breakfast was fresh and of good quality. The free internet was also very useful. All in all, a great stay!

Hotel Does not Honour Rooms

I usually write very positive reviews of hotels I have stayed in, but not this one! Despite a booking made online, and having received a confirmation directly from the hotel confirming all was ok, we turned up to discover that no rooms were available. The only option offered was for us to be re-located to a sister hotel, of lower calibre. No compensation was offered. In summary, very disappointing. My suspicions are that this is not a one off occurrence. My advice: avoid this hotel.
