The castle-like complex was completely renovated and reopened in the year 1993. Our excellent restaurant serves new German menus. Our sunny terrace, the beer garden directly on the banks of the river Weser and our new wellness centre are ideal places to relax from everyday life. Nevertheless, you should not miss out to visit our traditional “Knastfete” (prison fete). This event refers to the history of the building, which was formerly used as prison.
Our new wellness centre is equipped with infrared radiation, massage chair, steam sauna as well as Finnish sauna.
