Stayed for 1 night on business. Check in was fine. Room is large with high ceilings but decor is a little old fashioned. Two problems. I needed the internet and a printer. One was available in the lobby but was incredibly frustrating. I poured money into it, the internet kept shutting down before the time allotted. I spent an hour trying to print 1 page and then gave up. Room service needs improvement. A dinner course I ordered was absent when the tray arrived and breakfast room service was 10 mins late (which I wouldnt normally complain about but I had an appointment).
