Hotel BelArosa - Arosa, Switzerland 

We had the belarosa suite (52 m2) which provided more than enough room for a family of four. Belarosa is a small (about 25 rooms) but very modern hotel with great styling. The staff was very friendly and provided pick-up from railway station. I have visited many 5-star hotels and the quality of the rooms is definitely of that rating, the reason it's rated 4-star is because the hotel does not have a swimming pool and evening restaurant. The hotel is about 5 min walk from the ski-lifts. Best to rent a locker next to the ski-lift where you can leave your gear so you don't need to carry it. You can also ski to the hotel. We found it worth every penny!

We stayed in a junior suite with ample room for a family of four. Very clean and staff made you feel welcome and my daughter, 9 years, received a generous gift upon our arrival. Hotel picked-up of our ski equipment at the rental shop and sledges were available at the hotel free of charge. Cleaning staff provided attention to detail which included in the turn down service a linen towel at the side of your bed so that your bare feet need not touch the carpet. Slippers and robes were provided as well. Breakfast was very good and the bar located in the reception area is available throughout the day. You will not be disappointed with a stay at the BelArosa.
