We booked 4nights , & only stayed 2 !! Not the Irish hospitality we expected , having read the brochure.. Beautiful location. The Bistro & Restaurant are all one big room with a partition dividing them , which also has the same menu but more expensive in the restaurant side!! Thankfully i didnt over dress for dinner , jeans , track-suits & trainers will suffice . We wanted some information regarding the fishing. The staff did not seem to know the area at all .Rooms are beautiful , although i did have to ask for bottled water & fruit basket . Overall it was pleasant but not what i would rate as 4star...

We stayed here for 3 days. Not long enough ! Beautiful setting overlooking the lake and the mountains in the background.Breath taking ! The rooms are huge and very well maintained. The dining options are excellent. The formal dining room or the bistro are both good.A special comment about the Hotel manager who is always about. His touring advise about the Ring of Kerry and the Dingle peninsula made our day trips un forgetable. All the staff try very hard to accomodate all your requests.A top hotel..It will be hard to beat !
