Eviston House Hotel - Killarney, Ireland 

Killarney itself was nice. Driving in it and trying to find the hotel car park was a nightmare. The alleyway into the car park is barely wide enough for a car, much less the Volvo rental we had. We got wedged in the alley and then spent 20 min trying to angle into a spot in the tiny car park. The hotel staff was clearly not interested in doing any more than the bare minimal. Luckily, the room was large and a triple. The bathroom was fine unless you chose to take a shower. The water temperature shifted dangerously depending on the bathroom activities of the other rooms. Scalding hot water or freezing cold came out unexpectedly throughout the shower. The Danny Mann pub was great for music and drink.

well what can i say, yes weve been back again and again and again, we just love it, weve been back that many times that all the staff know us by our name, none of this sir or madam, and we know all of them too, theres Christopher Walker (manager) and Maggie May (watress) and then there is Declan and Jerry (bar staff) and of course you cant forget Luke ( he makes sure that all the rooms are clean and up to standered) which of course they allways are. and many more , ( cant mention them all ) the staff are always so friendly, and helpful, and the food is fab, the Danny Mann bar is always busy in the evenings, with food and then live music, everyone has a good time. there are plenty of shops around,as the hotel is in the center of town, there is even a cinema if you fancy watching a film, or maybe just a stroll around the national park, which is lovely. Or you can ak the reception to arrange a trip for you, to Ring of Kerry,or Gap of Dunlow, they are only to pleased to help. I would recomend this hotel to anyone , and cant wait for my next visit.
