Just returned from a weekend in Killarney. We stayed in the towers in glenbeigh for one night and it was a lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the bar and they had an excellent selection of food, reasonably priced and was delicious. We stayed in a 4* hotel in killarney and it wasn't a patch on the towers. They rooms were average size, clean but a slight smell of damp. The receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, great selection of yoghurt's, fruit, pastries and of course the full Irish breakfast all which was hot and very tasty. I would return here for a long stay hopefully if we get a bit of sunshine sometime this summer.

Stayed in glenbeigh in the towers in august . it is a nice old fashioned hotel and well positioned to tour kerry. the room was a little dated but very spacious and with a great view. the dining room is overpriced but the bar food is very good if you can manage to get a seat it is very popular and you could be waiting a while....staff were ok some very friendly others quiet cold. all in all it was a nice couple of days but would go for a bigger town next time
