1I saw what was a good rate for a two night stay in there hotel so made the reservation using credit card. Confirmation arrived inside ten minutes but noticed breakfast was not included so rang them up that afternoon (Saturday) to be told that there is nobody to help me with this and would have to ring......

1Booked online and recieved email back which im sure counts as a contract, however i was phoned back two days later and told that the price isnt available and there was a "technical glitch which wasn't there fault" and i would have to pay 100 euros extra per night, the hotel didnt even apologise or offer......

2Visually, this is a beautiful property and the rooms are nicely decorated and modern. Seems you need your room card to activate the lighting, something we had never seen in a hotel before. One way in a taxi to the city center costs about 15 Euro. The bus line is close by, but buses in Dublin only run......

3To summise this was one experience and although there were quite a few occassions were staff were helpfull and friendly, on the whole the beautifull building is let down by the staff and some basic hospitality. If there is a new staff team I would hope that with training the hotel experience could live......

4The Hotel is situated in a nice and quiet residential area, about 10 minutes away from the main city centre. The facade is of a 16th century castle, but the rooms have a wonderful modern and cozy style. The bathroom was super clean and nice with a big and spacious shower. The staff has been more than......

4The room was amazing, with the most comfortable beds and a really nice size bathroom. We had a large window to open for air and really enjoyed our stay there. It's about a 15 minute cab ride from downtown Dublin, but if don't want to go too far, they have a great bar area that we hung out in one night......

5The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. If you wanted poached or fried eggs they made them fresh, other items from the buffet -all of it very nice and plentiful. When we did make it to the bar the staff were great, as was everyone we met. Fantastic place, great food, excellent staff....

I called the hotel on the morning we were due to arrive and, in spite of the very late notice, Carmen was able to arrange for a fantastic bunch......
