My husband and I stayed at the Days Hotel for 2 nights while visiting my family in County Mayo. As far as location is concerned, it was ideal. However, the service was definitely not the best and although we had a phone card, we were charged for our international calls to the United States! I couldn't believe it when I got the final bill! We did enjoy our dinner at the "restaurant", which is in the lobby of the hotel. There is just a mirrored partition separating the lobby with the restaurant. I've never seen anything like it! Our room was small and the water pressure was awful! I guess for the price of this hotel, we shouldn't have expected too much.
