This is definitely the worst "five star" hotel I've ever stayed in.
We went to spend a relaxed weekend and decided to leave after the first night. The house itself and the facilities (restaurant, sauna, pool etc.) are nice, even though the interior design is debatable.
The staff and service are just horrible though. The people working there are constantly unfriendly, overworked and unflexible, resulting in a boy scout camp-like treatment rather than the comfy romantic atmosphere you'd expect from a place with a name and price tag like this. It's all ex-socialist dullness in a wanna-be family-run place claiming to be a luxury hideaway.
Never again!
