Mount Falcon Country House Hotel - Ballina, Ireland 

Stayed for 2 nights on our honeymoon and out of the 5 hotels we've stayed in so far this has to be the best. The house and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The spa, although small was clean, fully working and the treatments personalized. The food was excellent although the bar menu ends at 7.30 so if you fancy something less heavy/cheaper than the full 3 courses you need to eat fairly early.Saying that I can happily recommend the full three course. The very large and comfortable rooms really felt like luxury. If you fancy splashing out on somewhere special this place is worth the money.
