No real problems. Staff seemed efficient and friendly. Breakfast excellent. Bar OK - quiet. Big bed. Quite noisy outside but rooms generally soundproofed quite well. Would go again.

no problem with our room it was fine although the cleaners obviously have never heard of a duster and mr sheen. The staff are just awfull, they are all miserable and anyone would think that they were being forced to be there. From the receptionist to the bar maid to the catering staff at breakfast they were all the most miserable and unhelpfull people that we have ever met. Considering that this is meant to be a 3 star hotel the customer service is appaling. They advertise that there is a car park near by and that you recieve a discount through the hotel. Well what ever you do don't expect it. their machine that allows them to have this facility was broken and we were fobbed off and told it had nothing to do with the hotel and that we would have to sort it ourselves!!!! We were there for a hen night all of us sober and the staff really put a downer on things, i really would recommend that people stay else where!!! i would never go back to this hotel.
