1st Apartments and Hostel details: Located near the Danube river and amongst a number of bars and clubs, the hostel is ideal for backpackers, with a whole floor devoted to them.

Situated within a few minutes walking distance from the Astoria metro station, the hostel offers good transport links and spacious accommodation. The 4, 6 and 8 bedded dormitory rooms are equipped with bunk beds and individual lockers. The hostel provides shared bathrooms and use of linen.

Located next to the famous Sinagogue and the Hungarian National Museum, the hostel's position is also within easy reach of the River Danube and the main attractions of Budapest.

Perfect location, you can reach any part of the old town in 3 minutes and in my opinion is the appartment is not expensive for the quality you get. The staff is very friendly and room is very nice.

The location was amazing: just 10 metres far from Saint Stephen's Basilic and the hostel was a quick few blocks from vaci street. House was old and did I mention that the staff was fantastic. Even I only paid for shared bathroom.
