I recently stayed at this hotel and i have to say i was very happy about my room. It's a very spacious room, good size bathroom and there are plently of facilities within the room. Although, the breakfast menu could be better, there are plently of other options outside the hotel where one can buy some food so that's not really a problem. It takes a 10 minute bus ride to Moskva square so it is pretty close to the main area. So i would request those of you wanting to stay in this hotel to ignore suggestions that it is too far from the main side..... All in all, a very good experience, friendly staff and i would stay here again.

Un hotel para olvidar

El hotel se encuentra muy alejado del centro (fuera del mapa que facilitan en Budapest), pero no es lo mas grave ya que se puede tomar autobus o tranvia bastante cerca. El problema viene con los servicios pues del grupo que fuimos varios no tenian calefacción en las habitaciones con reclamación sin resolver, al llegar al comedor (tipico de un internado de colegio) tampoco había calefacción y para remate nos dieron para empezar una ensalada, solo ensalada, en plato de postre y que además no se sabe de cuando estaba hecha, pues se encontraba totalmente arrugada. Ante tales hechos, el conjunto del grupo realizó una protesta general que NO fue inicialmente atendida por lo que se tuvo que contactar con la guía, siendo que al final fue retirada y sustituda por otra igual pero en menos mal estado, en fin UN TOTAL DESASTRE, parte del grupo abandonamos el comedor y buscamos un restaurante para poder comer algo normal. El servicio indicó que si nos ibamos, menos trabajo ???. No puede decir mas ya que no volvimos parte del grupo al comedor, teniendo que hacer un gasto extra para poder alimentarnos, ya que estaba incluido en el precio. En definitiva, buscar algo mejor, ya que se va a disfrutar de las vacaciones y no a enfadarse.
