Boutique Hotel Zara's rooms were tastefully decorated, but very very small only room for one suitcase stand. The bathroom was well equiped with a walk in shower. The room was cleaned well daily with towels and toiletries replaced. The room was warm but we had hot weather but I believe there is air con in the summer. flat screen tv with limited English channels. No hot drink facilities but a mini bar in the wardrobe. Free safety deposit box in room. overall excellent location - we walked everywhere from here or walked to the underground station. Beware the rooms are small, but typical of boutique hotels. Well worth a stay.

There is something rather likeable about the Zara. From its ridiculous ipod-style elevator controls, to the glitzy glass and mirrors in reception. Beware though - the walls between the rooms can be very thin and don't stop much sound!

Unpleasant experience

What a terrible experience we had in this wannabe '4 star' hotel... First of all, it all started with very noisy next door job site starting at 8AM... Then the rooms are very noisy, you can hear your neighboor switching on/off the lights and more... The breakfast room is very tiny, better get there early if you wanna have the chance to be seated... We also have to complain about some of our stuff being stolen but the front desk did not hear our complains... That's it, have a great stay at Zara Hotel (NOT!)
