3The entrance to this hotel is just a door in a wall. When you go in you are in a long white corridor, at the end is reception. The hotel is in fact in the centre of an enormous block and is quite hidden away. All the rooms look out over a inner square and it is really quiet at night even though you are just around the corner from a very busy road.
The rooms are quite basic but clean and roomy. Breakfast is ok, nothing sumptious but sets you up for the morning.
Budapest itself is an enormous city and there is no centre as such, but the hotel is situated between the river and Heroes Square so it is accesible to most places.
It is worth having a day at one of the spas, we went to the Gellert spa and it was about ?10 to use all the pools and well worth it.
