Very pleasant hotel in quite part of the city, only 15 minutes from the center by foot, even closer to the old Pest fortress. Very clean and tidy. Not all staff speak English (apart from those working at reception) but all are nice and friendly. Hotel is air conditioned. Breakfast is self service type - quite standard choice. It was my first time in Budapest and I liked stay here - will come again for sure should I come to Budapest again.

The hotel is in a convenient location via public transit to get into the main part of the city. For walkers it was a pleasant & scenic 30 minute walk that took you over the Danube. There is a large, modern shopping area nearby with a food mall & restaurants. Otherwise the food facilities were a little scarce. The clerk (Aletta) was a fount of information and we found her extremely helpful & courteous. When we took the taxi to our ship Aletta appeared from the blue to ensure the taxi driver understood where we where going. A thoughtful touch.

We spent a weekend in this small, nice hotel and experienced its exceptionally friendly, kind, efficent and effective staff. The room itself was clean, spacious and functional. We didn`t miss anything at all. Our car was safe in a closed car park looked after by the staff. Nothing to bother at all. Only to enjoy! And if there is still anything that bothers you, the hotel staff will surely accomodate it for you. The only question is if learn how to combine tram/metro or bus to reach the center in case you don`t decide for a taxi. Once you get it... the only question left is when to visit this place again...
