4-star hotel,conviniently located,nice rooms, good breakfast. Exceptionally hospitable staff! All requests are taken care of efficiently, patiently, professionally. You get the feeling of being"a dear guest" , not just a client. Very important in Hungary where there are many communication problems because of the language.Strongly recommended!

Excelente hotel.Las caracteristicas especificadas en la pagina web corresponden exactamente a lo ofertado.Al lado de una estacion de metro y al frente de la estacion principal de trenes.Excelente desayuno.Quedamos muy contentos con nuestra estadia y agradecidos de la atencion recibida

This was a one night only stay. The room might have been a bit small for anything longer, but we suspect the hotel did possess larger rooms too. Very handy for the international Railway station (Keleti)

Bad hotel

The hotel is really bad, not four stars at all! Our room was small, dirty, bathroom was terrible - there was no way to take a shower without having all the water on the floor, beacause a clothe curtain just didn't work! Sheets and towels are old, dirty, sometimes with holes! The bed was very uncomfortable. Mini bar was empty, but we had a bottle of water in the room that cost 700 forinths (about 5 dollars). Ther breakfast was poor and not tasty at all, and everyday the same! Maybe for a 2 ot 3 star hotel it would be ok, but we were very disappointed, because expected 4 stars service. Though the postion of the hotel near the metro station is quite comfortable.
