We valued the opportunity of staying in a very pleasant old style hotel whilst making use of the excellent modern spa facilities which ajoin it. The hotel is clean, well run and child friendly. We felt it provided excellent value for money for our stay.

Faded Grandeur

Stayed for three nights at the hotel, booked it particularly for thermal spa as recovering from surgery. Hotel front and common areas lovely, rooms a bit faded grandeur - but I expected that, so not a issue. The website says it is connected to its sister hotel by an underground corridor, and it is a VERY long corridor! Not great if you are a bit weak, or elderly, I would imagine. Lovely roof terrace with pool, and spa facilities in sister hotel fab. Food average, and by Hungarian standards not cheap- eat out. Would go back, but would stay in the Thermal Spa sister hotel, and avoid the corridor...
