  • The rooms were comfortable and almost too modern. The late night party action is on the other side of the river (the Pest side) but we were directed to a nice restaurant up the hill from the hotel.. Read review

  • The hotel location was excellent, right by the Danube River, to the left is the parliament and to the right is the chain bridge if you have a river view room. We headed back to the hotel where our room was ready. Our room was on the 2nd floor on the Danube side. What let the hotel down was the charges for bottled water at 895 forints.. Read review

  • We had our 10 month old baby with us and the hotel staff were happy to sterilize his bottles and also provided us with a large comfortable travel cot. We had a room at the back (unfortunately didn't get one with a balcony which would have been lovely) but we had a nice view of Matthias Church. The room itself was very quiet and had nice heavy curtains which kept most of the light out. You can also regulate the room temperature to whatever temperature you wish. The bathrooms were equipped with nice big fluffy white towels which were changed every day and the breakfast was excellent with something for everyone.. Read review

  • It has a great location on the Buda side (which I thought was cleaner, nicer, quieter at night than Pest) looking over the Danube. It is worth the small price in upgrade for the river view room. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and the decor/artwork was wonderful. By the way, the concierge sent us to GREAT restaurants each evening. Definitely have a dinner at Mouka on the Pest side (maybe a 15 minute walk from the hotel) - excellent food and atmosphere.. Read review

  • It stands proud opposite the Parliament building, it has a red carpet and you know from lookin in the window this is something special. They were the cheapest i found and included breakfast. The hotel has a bar called Domino, the drinks can be slightly pricey, however between 6-8pm its half price so brilliant for a drink or two before dinner. Breakfast, well take your pick, breads, meat, cheese, sausages, scrambled egg, bacon, hard boiled eggs, cereals etc etc and a very good fruit salad. The rooms were clean, modern, comfy beds. The TV channels broadly speaking contained CNN and BBC World (but there was films (pay as you go) if you wanted it).. Read review
