rooms in pictures seemed to be higher that really was. good situation near the opera, the sinagoga and basilika. not very good in the relation price quality. we expected 8,5/10 and found 7/10

A good holiday hotel and close to all important locations. We had a problem with our room the first night but the problem was dealt with very efficiently the next day. I can recommend this hotel to anybody.

The room was clean but there was a TERRIBLE smell inside. We couldn’t support this. Unfortunately housekeeper did nothing to solve this problem. They also didn't have any other room for us. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A great base in centre of Pest

We booked the Hotel Ambra as part of a package deal to Budapest for the weekend. Although its 4 star rating wouldn't hold up in Ireland, we found it to be in a great location, so central that we walked almost everywhere. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we would definitely go back.
