A perfect hotel if you want money left to spend on other things than to sleep

The pension is quite "Spartan" but good if you do not need special treatment it could be a very good solution. Bathrooms are quite old but clean and the breakfast is good (despite the noisy and fastidious radio in background). The only problem is the furnitures in the room because if you have to stay for a week they are quite poor: only a little and poor wardrobe, no clothes stand or clothes hook, no chest of drawers, no bedside table... But don't worry: nothing tragic!

It was a hostel in my opinion, catering for young travellers, or on a tight budget. It was clean & warm. The beds were excruciatingly hard & uncomfortable. The area was scruffy & down market. Every noise permeated the walls & clientele was noisy.

Rooms are acceptables, but they don't clean it the 2nd day. Bathroom are really old and not clean The staff is very kind and competent

Hotel too hot - no air conditioning as promised

The hotel is ok and the staff are very nice but don't stay there when the weather is hot! I stayed in July when the weather was hot and confirmed a room with air conditioning (which costs EUR10 more) but upon arrival was told that they had given this room away. In the room the temperature overnight was over 35 degrees celcius and impossible to sleep, during the day it was even hotter and not pleasant to stay. All rooms on the top floor and probably some others are not air conditioned and it is impossible to use the wireless internet connection from there. Their wireless internet connection is free but doesn't allow VPN access, so forget about getting your email from work! Breakfast was included but is very basic with bread, 3 cereals and diluted juice. There are better places in Hungary to stay for the same price.
