Convenient location and i am oft in Gellert hotel because this is for sure the best hotel in all Budapest. The staff are very helpful and the beautiful stained glass windows & ceilings. The spa is wonderful.

The location is excellent too - right near a major tram stop and hotel staff friendly allowing me to keep my room al little longer so as to further enjoy the Spa on day of departure. Inside the reception is nice and the thermal baths etc are wonderful. Menu selection is good.

Perfect location, the whole hotel is really wonderful and the SPA service is also good. The baths are fabulous and the choices are huge for both cold hot buffet.

The view from the room was pretty good, i had a great stay and the staff were all very helpfull & really nice. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was superb. The spa was we were expecting historic impressive.

Above all the spa area was great and the hotel staff were excellent - that included front desk. In addition service overall was attentive and helpful, the room had huge windows. Breakfast was very good, the outdoor pools were already closed for the winter season.
