Das Hotel wirbt mit dem Schlagwort "Wellnesshotel", der Service ließ allerdings z. T. zu wünschen übrig. Wir mußten täglich nach Handtüchern für die Sauna fragen und hatten den Eindruck, daß wir ausnahmsweise welche erhielten. Der Wunsch, vor dem Frühstück eine Tasse Kaffee in der Küche abholen zu wollen stieß auf Unverständnis beim Personal. Wir bekamen das Gewünschte, wurden beim Frühstück dann aber ignoriert. Die Öffnungszeiten der Bar entsprachen ebenfalls nicht unseren Bedürfnissen, da wir gern während des Saunaaufenthaltes etwas zu Trinken gehabt hätten und dies selbst mitbringen mußten.
Fazit: Erfüllt nicht unsere Erwartungen an ein Wellnesshotel.
