Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a long weekend in May, and we did not think that our stay at the hotel was a nice experience. The staff were not friendly and the initial room we were given was a big disappointment. It was on the first floor right next to the breakfast area - to be precise, 2 meters from our room door was the first table of the breakfast area. Right after we saw the location of the room we went back to the reception to ask if there was a possibility of getting another room - but a rude reply refused our request while telling us that we would not have any noise-related problems. However, the next morning we were awaken at 06:30 when the staff started setting the area (imagine setting all the cutlery and plates and such - it is never noiseless) and then even more so from 07:00 when people started coming to eat their breakfast (which by the way, is nothing special to write home about). For the second day we were moved to another room - this time with 'internal' view of the building 5 meters away in a complete ruin. All this for a price of €130 per night - the worst hotel experience we have ever had for this price. If there was one good thing about this hotel it is its location right downtown.

Soddisfatti dunque in tutto... prezzo, servizio e soprattutto locazione: in pieno centro a Trieste.
