Atinc Hotel - Kusadasi, Turkey     

The only good thing about Atinc Hotel is the close proximity to Ephesus, because the hotel is located in Kusadasi. Expedia gives Atinc Hotel 4 stars just because they have a mini bar and offer massages, mud baths, and other Turkish bath services but they can't scrub a bathroom down and keep it clean? OK, whatever! The carpeting in the whole hotel needed replacing and there was a stale odour right in front of the bathroom in my hotel room thank goodness the smell didn't take up the rest of the hotel room! Atinc Hotel needs full refurbishing because it looks and feels like a bad,old Days Inn or Motel 6 in small town USA! The cleaners did make the bed and take out the trash though! The attitude of the staff was helpful and accomodating though. The full breakfast that was included was OK also. But they should refurbish the whole building and scrub out their bathrooms. Kusadasi is a drunken touristy area anyway supposedly so it may be better to stay in another town in Turkey during the summer season. But Ephesus was definitely worth the visit and so was the Dilek National Park!

We came back from Kusadasi last week and loved it! The Hotel was great in a central location close to everything and the people were very friendly, the buffet with plenty of varied food, impossible to try all; overal I recommend this hotel to families.
