Hotel Osijek is definitly the best hotel in this area of Croatia. It is 100% procent what you espect of a 4 stared hotel - in fact I would rarther rate is a 5 star hotel. The personel is very kind and helpful, the rooms are modern, clean anf equipped with all ypu need, and have great details. The bathroom is wonderful. The hotels restaurant and café are great, there is a great variety of menus and the breakfast buffet is superb. The hotel is in the center of the city, next to everything, and has a great view over the nearby landscape. (I also went to the beauty center in the hotel, and it is ok - but not excellent. ) but no remarks at all regarding the hotel.

I stayed here for a week on business in late November 06. Didn't know what to expect, but the hotel is every bit as classy as its website. The hotel is smart and modern, with large rooms, and great views. Included in the rate is use of the gym on the top floor - excellent! The hotel is right on the river, and the restaurant is glass-fronted looking out over it. Staff were excellent also. I only had dinner in the restaurant one evening, but it was very good, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good too, except on Sunday for some reason, when it seemed to be cut back a bit! I travel a lot on business, but this hotel ranks alongside the best I've been in. Recommended.
