Sol Garden is ranked as a 4* hotel...I would give it 3*+ in terms of international standards, but it is decent. Rooms are spacious, reasonably tastefully decorated, bathroom a bit small. Anyway, it’s clean and rooms are efficiently serviced, which is a plus. The food is nothing to write home about, but good. Hotel has it’s own swimming pools, while the sea is 150 meters away (the beach is no good, although). My objection is the surroundings…a mix of several hotels, camp, apartments…they are trying to upgrade the whole area to 4* level (neighboring Sol Coral has recently applied for 5* mark after refurbishment (looks good now, but not 5*) but it is a no go with this mix of different accommodation types wit a different level of standard/service. It is not a bad choice, but there are much better places in Croatia.

Superb family hotel. We spent 7 days mainly in hotel and hotel pool.
It is great for the kids. A lots of entartaiment like swiming school, several adult competitions ( archery, air gun...). At evening great shows on hotel stage with great seating/drinking chairs. They have two swiming pools, one 0,35 m for babys and bigger 1,35 for kids!
In a sea side in front of hotel the beach is not for the kids but nice walking area with a big choice of fun like sea jet, all sorts of motor scuters and other fun mainly for the kids.
Inside of the hotel is imitation of central square like Umag town.
Rooms are superb with LCD TV very clean and very large.
Restaurant is divided on three large restaurants with big choice of food.
Parking is good and part is under shadow.
For sure to recomend for younger families with kids age up to 10 years!
