Die innere Ausstattung der FeWo war den Angaben entsprechend und in Ordnung. Die Strände waren ordentlich und das Wasser traumhaft.
Die Angestellten der Rezeption waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das äußere Erscheinungsbild einiger Appartementhäuser ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Außenwände waren teilweise mehr schwarz als weiß. Elektroleitungen hingen lose aus der Wand (Haus Jadran). Die Wege, insbesondere die Treppen, waren nachts nicht beleuchtet.
Die Toiletten im großen Restaurant waren zum Teil nicht sonderlich sauber gehalten.
