The room was ok but very congested. The view from my window was terrible as there was scaffolding all around because of some construction going on at the hotel.
The service was terribly slow. I had to call Housekeeping twice and wait for more than an hour to get an adapter attachment for plugging in my laptop. The worst is, most of the Housekeeping staff who came didnt understand English so whatever I use to say or ask, they will ask me to phone the Reception.
The buffet breakfast (that was complimentary) was most boring. I stayed for 3 days there and I ended up almost bored with the same breakfast laid (without any variations) every day in the morning.
The location is very far from the main tourist places & shopping areas. So, if you are going to Hong Kong as tourist and shopping, then Regal Oriental is definitely not your best choice.
