Great location, nice decor and a more friendly staff would help to distinguish excellent from good. The room amenities are superb and the breakfast is fine - you honestly cant go wrong staying here.

The location is fantastic, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the service is very good. The room size is aboout 5-10 square meter smaller and the food is not bad at all.

Excellent location, all the famous shopping district and the view from the hotel room on Hong Kong was magnificent. Staff were very helpful, bed was very very comfortable and the breakfast buffet in the Rhombus lounge was a continental breakfast.
