What Travellers Like

Previous to arrival we were told of an excellent service, if you buy an octopus card from the airport you can take the Airport Express to the Kowloon station, then hop on the free K6 bus that takes you right to the front of the hotel, excellent service and very easy. We walked up to the counter and were told that there was not a room ready, but there could be in 2 hours. Not bad at all, we left our bags in a secure location then headed across the street to the Royal restaraunt and had a really, really good Dim Sum. When we returned, our room was ready and we went right up stairs (we had a club room, which includes a good free buffet breakfast, free drinks/food from 5:30pm-730pm and free use of the computers for internet. I'm a bit mystified at people complaining that the rooms are cold, there is a climate control switch right in the room which lets you put the temprature to anything you like. The location of the hotel is great, close to the Ladies market (5 minute walk) and the Mong Kok station (10 minute walk) There is a free shuttle service that takes you there as well, but come on.. A pleasant stay, friendly staff and room a good size. Free drinks in the executive lounge each day for two hours.

The main common areas need upgrading to a similar standard, the shuttle services got full rather fast so some people could not get onto the buses.

Complimetary shuttles to the train stations were nice, gym area was good and we had a very pleasant stay in HK. Moreover the staffs were well educated, room was great and the food in the restaurant was excellent and varied. The pool was large.

Location is quite good and the hotel rate is very reasonable. Staff are efficient, we have free upgrade to club room.

There are many changes station and hK Island is full of very expensive Malls. This feels like a long distance on very warm days.

Beautiful city and clean hotel. The in-house food was good and i found the front desk staff very competent and helpful. Free internet was excellent, the restaurant was very well priced.
