I found the room to be very clean and adequate for single travellers. The ensuite bathroom and toilet is kept very clean. The free wifi was a great bonus! Very convenient to take cabs from outside the hotel. The concierge was very helpful to store my luggage bags after I checked out officially. I really found the mid Levels a great place to find interesting eateries and drinking places.
I got lost on the night that I was supposed to check in. I wish it was closer to the Central Mtr station. Only after two days that I found a shorter way to walk to the hotel from the mid Levels escalator. I felt the hotel needs to draw a clearer map to help those who travel by Mtr to find the place when they first arrive. It's inconvenient to wait for the shuttle when the timing is based on hourly basis. I ended up taking cabs to Central mtr instead of waiting for the shuttle bus.

Beautiful view due to ceiling-to-floor glass on outside, plenty of places to eat very close so didn't use hotel for food at all and have stayed their on a number of occasions yes the rooms are very small.

Convenient location, hotel located in residential area near SoHo and the staff were all really helpful and considerate. The shower was excellent, the left luggage facility was good as we had so many suitcases.

Brings you easily to outgoing area soho and this hotel has a fantastic location for the urban tourist in Hong Kong. Very good service, free wireless internet and nice meals at reasonable prices. The gym looks great.

Able to walk to certain tourist areas, the escalator is exceptionally convenient because transports you down in the morning and free access of wireless internet.
