This was a great little gem, especially for the price you pay. The rooms were not big, but were actually bigger than we expected for Hong Kong standards. Hotel was quite clean. There's a neat little terrace on the roof with a golf driving cage and places to sit. Staff was helpful. Was near a lot of hub-bub but tucked away from the noisiest parts. A new mall and street of upscale sidewalk restaurants are just a few steps away from the front.

The hotel was average, nothing spectacular and nothing bad. But it was difficult to reach because it is sitting on top of a hill. You also need to go up a flight of stairs to reach the front doors. We skipped the stairs and instead went in through the B1 garage and took the elevator up. I guess it wouldn't be so bad if you took a taxi there but we relied on public transportation and our own two legs.

A really, really nice place to stay in a great location in HK (with the exception of the short but VERY steep hill up to it!!) Staff were warm, helpful and friendly and hotel was impeccably clean. Our room was booked as a standard twin but we ended up with a reception room, 2 tv's, 2 bathrooms and a whole lot of space. Beds were clean and super-comfy, bathroom was spotless. All the major Kowloon attractions are within walking distance, so much shopping, a great place to stay and very reasonably priced.
