We stayed for four nights at the Harbour Plaza North Point, in June 2007. We booked a one bedroom suite and overall our experience was fantastic. The one bedroom suite is fabulous and great for the money. Its only a couple of minutes' walk from MTR Quarry Bay station, there is a local supermarket directly opposite which is great. The staff were always helpful, plus on the day we were leaving they let us have our room for half a day extra at no charge. We enjoyed our stay at and will go there again 100% for sure!

Prices: the rate on the website was different from the actual rate. On website it was 140 US$ but actual price was 170 US$. Map: it was hard to understand from the website where exactly the hotel located. I expected it to be more central. One more important issue: the hotel has a shuttle service to the city, free of charge. We found out about it by accident. This is something that I expect to get a very clear information about. Beside these comments, our trip and stay were very successful.

located in quiet area, this hotel compensated quite value for money. Though it's a little far from the main commercial districs and shopping towns, MTR, but, and tram staions are just round the corner so can reach there easily. (Anyway Hongkong isn't so big city.) Also shuttle bus service the hotel provide from express terminal and main shopping district was useful. Neverthless, I wasn't so happy that they charged too much deposit even in prior to check-in.

Safe working erratically, in spite of communication Hair dryer not working, in spite of communication Bizarre way to account for use of minibar (ignoring the signed receipt; filling and keeping by the staff of a new form, obviously invalid)
