My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights.The staff were attentive ,polite and very helpful.We think that it is worth the extra ?30 per day to use the facilities of the Harbour Club.This includes breakfast for two,complimentary pressing of clothes,fruit and bottles of water, the use of private lounges to recover from the excesses of so much shopping.There is also afternoon tea with snacks and also a free cocktail/drink time between 6pm /8pm with light nibbles and cakes....a peaceful haven.There is also a good chance of a harbour view..especially rooms 1728...1732 and 1828...1832

Club Floor Worthwhile

My husband booked a club floor room June 13-16. I stayed with him one night en route to Chongqing. The room was very clean, light and airy but not spacious for two people. It was not a problem since I was always out and my husband liked working from the desk at the corner windows. The location is great and convenient to everything. The service from the Club Floor concierges was excellent. They guided us into the hotel dining room which had a separate area for Club Floor guests; with access to all buffet items. The Club Floor lounge was comfortable and never crowded. The additional price for Club Floor and the upper level rooms were worth the modestly higher price. All in all, my husband always stays here on business and I can see why, as it is comfortable and quiet; daytime construction across the street from our room wasn't too noisy on the high floor rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent and had wonderful selection of fruits and made to order egg items. I would return in the future with booking for the Club Floor.

Great view of the fireworks!

We came to Hong Kong for Chinese New Year, and this hotel, with its floor-to-ceiling corner windows, gave us a great view of the fireworks right from the comfort of our room. No complaints with the room or the hotel - I didn't feel that the room was particularly small, in contrast to some of the other reviewers here. I don't recommend using the in-room TV internet - it's pay-per-minute, and seems designed to keep you on it as long as possible, with slow connection speeds and impossible-to-navigate menus. Other than that, no issues, would return here if in HK again.
